Grieg Olsen has been with Forest Rise since 2004, serving as our in-house chef and running Epicuriosity Catering, which opened that same year.

As a resident for over 20 years, he has developed a sharper sense and more profound knowledge about what dishes and flavours locals love. He is passionate about creating beautifully appetising food for all sorts of events, including weddings, anniversaries, and birthdays.
