The current Rustico restaurant is situated on the site of the former Hay Shed Hill Café and Deli. The enhanced dining experience features the award winning Rustico Tapas, Mediterranean style cuisine enjoyed by so many diners at its Rockingham Beach location. While Rustico does offer an ala-carte menu that emphasises a shared plate style of dining, including the largest selection of European cheeses anywhere in the region; their renowned six course degustation menu is the house specialty that requires a minimum of two people.

For each of the six courses, that begins with starters and finishes up with delectable desserts, you select one main dish to be shared. The degustation venue, when paired with a one or more of the Hay Shed Hill premium, 5 star wines, is a true afternoon delight. Yes, six courses may seem like a lot of food to be eaten at one sitting.
